The Office sets the attorney’s fees as either one fixed amount, as a percentage, in hourly fees, or a combinationof these. For example, we set a fixed fee for the establishment and modification of companies and other organizations; a percentage fee for legal transactions during the transfer of ownership of real estate, and an hourly fee for legal consultation. For more complex legal activities we prepare a detailed attorney’s report (timesheet) for accurate and transparent accounting.
